Our immigration law team is headed by Neil Treharne. Neil has had experience in immigration law since the 1990’s, having worked as a case worker in a local law clinic, offering free representation.  

 

We accept instructions in predominantly Newport and London but do offer a nationwide service.

 

Team members have extensive experience of advising and acting in cases concerning asylum, human rights, naturalisation and nationality issues as well as work permit and settlement cases.
