Led by our Head of Chambers, Tim Evans, Assize Court Chambers offers a dedicated group of Criminal Advocates, with every member being included in this team.

 

We offer Counsel experienced in all areas including fraud, sexual offences and homicide. We offer specialists in defending Courts Martial matters. Members are instructed in actions against the Police.

 

Our senior clerk, Carly Ash-Lucas, has experience of working for a busy Bristol criminal solicitors practice and will be happy to advise upon suitable counsel for matters of any seriousness.

 

Although the majority of our work is in the South West, Midlands, and South Wales our advocates travel throughout the country and abroad.

 

We try to maintain the continuity of particular counsel throughout a case so far as is possible as we recognise and agree the importance to both lay client and solicitor.
